Using The Remote Control

Our NXTGen IR Panels are fully LOT20 compliant as they come with a remote and a built-in thermostat helping you to take control over your heating.

With the remote, you can use fantastic features such as the 7-day timer to schedule on and off times for when you truly need your heating. You can also take advantage of automated temperature control which regulates and maintains the temperature that you set by turning the panel on and off.

All remote controls come with a one-year warranty as standard.

NXTGen Features

Our NXTGen heaters also have some amazing smart features that will do all of the work for you.

With adaptive start for example, your heater will ensure your room reaches your desired temperature for the exact time that you set. Taking out all of the guesswork of using timers, your panel will be on for less time helping you to conserve energy.

Don’t forget about open-window detection, which will turn your panel off if you forget to. If you decide to open a window after forgetting to turn your panel off, your heater will switch off as soon as it detects a temperature drop of 1.5°C.

How To Install Your Heater

When it comes to installing your heater, you won’t be needing to get in any professionals. In fact, any DIY amateur can install our panels – it is that simple!

The two mains options for installing the panels are as follows: you can either purchase a set of panel stands and leave it free-standing, or you can wall-mount them.

To wall mount, follow the drilling template found within the box to drill four holes within the wall. You can then insert the wall plugs and screws which allow you to slot your heater into place onto the wall.

For a neater finish, feel free to ask a qualified electrician to remove the cabling and hard-wire your heater into your mains.

Warranty & Returns

By decorating your home with one of our heaters, you will improve the look of your space. This will last you for years to come, and can be taken from home to home if you decide to move. With this in mind, we have decided to give each and every heater a 2-year warranty to protect your purchase. This is extendable to 5 years at no extra cost.

We also offer a fantastic home trial policy. Should you decide that you no longer want your heater, you have 14-days to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. After this, you have a further 14-days to get your order back to us!

Unfortunately, panels with the plug removed will no longer be eligible for a refund, so please ensure it is returned in a resalable condition.

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
